We will continue to give away books as we are able, but the cost of books along with the cost of postage has simply made it impossible for us to send books to every inmate who requests them. About the Books
California Criminal Defense Motions in Limine, Third Edition
Motions in limine for use in California criminal trials. This edition is more than 50% longer than the last edition and contains more than 250 motions. Trials are often won or lost before the first witness is sworn. Motions in limine are used to keep bad evidence out of a trial, bring good evidence into a trial, and control the atmosphere and order of a trial. A great advantage of such motions is to avoid the obviously futile attempt to “unring the bell” after the jury has already heard bad evidence and been instructed to disregard it.
Handbook for the Accused

We pay the tax and shipping, so you only pay $150 – a savings of $95 or more depending on shipping cost to the facilities.
